Collecting and valorizing good practices/solutions to challenges posed to good governance in European Grassroots sport

Phase 3: Education program
Designing and implementing a sustainable European non-formal education for “Good Governance in Grassroots Sport”, targeting organizational top leaders
Full education program methodology, curriculum and execution plan.
Increased capacity for good governance in key decision makers in grassroots sport in Europe: 80% of participants are “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with learning outcomes.
Phase 4: Consultancy
Testing and providing a consultancy function for grassroots sport organizations on good governance
Consultancy Panel appointment
10+ consultancy reports (some may be anonymous) and recommendations for eventual future permanent consultancy function published.
80% of recipients are “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with the service they have received.
Phase 5: Networking
Using 2 international events and several communication channels for the discussion of, networking for and dissemination of principles of good governance in European grassroots sport with key stakeholders
