Call for EVS volunteers: BECOME A EUROPEAN VOLUNTEER IN ISCA IN 2016-2017!
If you wish to live abroad, work in an international environment and gain experience in the field of international youth, sport and culture then this is your opportunity! We are searching for self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic young people who will join our team. Apply now and become an EVS volunteer with ISCA in Denmark. The International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) is looking for 2 volunteers to join the team in the office for a period of 12 months starting 1st September 2016. Confirmation to volunteers who will be selected will be sent no later than 31st May 2016.
As indicated in the Erasmus plus programme guide, volunteers should be between 17 and 30 years old, and resident in the country of their sending organisation (from Programme countries and Partner countries neighbouring the EU, see programme guide for more details). ISCA will give priority to recruiting volunteers that are 18 and above years of age and - for this call - who have a sending organisation in the following countries: Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Malta, France, United Kingdom, Portugal, Greece and Germany.
There are three working areas we currently offer to our volunteers:
1) ISCA projects. ISCA engages member organisations and other partners in projects within the present priority topics. You will be part of a team organising events and activities in externally funded projects with topics such as physical activity and health, physical activity and education, health-enhancing physical activity, sport and physical activity for disadvantaged groups, youth training and active ageing.

2) NowWeMOVE campaign. You will be part of this pan-European campaign organised by ISCA and its partners. Your main task will be to support and implement activities at the local level in connection with MOVE Agents and member organisations all over Europe. In particular you will be in charge of marketing, event organisation, country-specific promotion, etc. Key events on the NowWeMOVE calendar in 2016/2017 include MOVE Week, European Fitness Day, No Elevators Day and European School Sport Day.

The applicants should be highly motivated, proactive and dynamic young people.
For this round, interests in the area of financial and adminsitrative management will be a plus.
