Proposal for two-years elections periods – Statutes change
The Executive Committee proposes that the elections period of President, Vice Presidents and Executive Committee members is changed to two years.
When ISCA was founded it was decided to have four years election periods. There was a need for political stability to ensure a good start of the international organisation. However the Executive Committee propose this is changes to two year election periods. You can find the full proposal and motivation at the ISCA website.

Foundation of ISCA Europe – Nomination of chair and steering group
ISCA general assembly 2008 decided to re-structure the ISCA European Continental cooperation. The aim is to establish the best fitting working, meeting, and communication structure for ISCA Europe - Europe here defined as a pan-European geographical area. The Executive Committee proposes a structure, where ISCA Europe will be governed by a steering group of three persons; one chair and two steering group members.
The ISCA Europe chair and two steering group members will be elected at the General Assembly 2009 among the European members.
Nominations for ISCA Europe chair and nominations for steering group member can be forwarded to ISCA President until the General Assembly, however to have an open process we would like to receive nominations at latest two three weeks before the General Assembly

We welcome you and your collaborating partners to the ISCA General Assembly and MOVE2009 Congress.

Kindest regards,

Mogens Kirkeby, President
