Dear ISCA Members and Friends,

 

I cordially invite all members to attend the annual General Assembly on 23 October 2008 in Barcelona. In accordance with revised statutes, members are welcome to bring multiple delegates to the General Assembly. While members may bring multiple delegates, each member organization will have only one vote on matters requiring a vote.

 

I also extend a welcome to organizations interested in learning more about ISCA. I encouraged interested organizations to attend the General Assembly as observers.

 

The Executive Committee and Secretariat of ISCA looks forward to welcoming you in beautiful Barcelona!
